MEET DAVID

David founded DH Coaching back in 2023 with the desire to ensure football is a place of confidence, encouragement, energy and development.

Having started his coaching career at Finesse Sport, he spent an incredible 3 years helping players develop on and off the pitch.

David has years of experience working with/in Category 1 Academies during his time coaching and scouting. During this period David has successfully helped several players sign contracts with Professional Academies including, West Ham United, Chelsea, Tottenham, Ipswich & Colchester.

During his playing career, David played in grassroots football for over 10+ years. He then went on to play non-league football from the age of 16, playing for Romford, Bowers & Pitsea, Barking & Barkingside.

MEET LAMAR

Lamar has diverse experience having played for West Ham United Academy from U8-U16, Lamar moved on to play non-league football for Ilford, Woodford, Waltham Abbey and Sawbridgeworth.

Lamar was also the Assistant Manager for the Illford First Team, providing him with the perfect combination of skills to develop football skills, thinking and development plans.

He also currently works as the Head Coach for 45 Athletic U13's, who have already started off really well during the 25/26 season due to Coach Lamar's hard work and dedication.
